Basic Guidelines
Payment Types: PayPal - Goods and Services Only
Artwork Types: Digital
Willing to Draw: Human, Anthro, Feral, Some Fetishes, NSFW, Some Gore, MLP, Sonic, Simple Armor/Weapons
Not Willing to Draw: Super Complex Backgrounds (Ask for Details), Hateful Art, Incest, Child Porn, Homophobia, Complex Weapons, Mecha, Extreme Gore (No Eye Gore Especially!!), Etc.

NSFW Works: You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me for a NSFW work. Photo ID will be required unless I know you personally!

Process
Payment is REQUIRED up front! Any forced refund or cancellation of payment during the commission process will result in an immediate blacklist post as well as an immediate halt in progress (if any) on your piece.
A clear reference must be provided to guarantee the accuracy of your character in my work! I have the right to refuse your commission without a clear reference or description!
If problems arise with your commission due to a reference issue you may be subject to a fee.
You may ask for a WIP (Work in Progress) at any point!
The sketch, lineart, and flat color stages will be sent to you for approval before continuing on to further steps. I cannot continue in my process until it has been approved by the commissioner.
Minimal changes will be allowed after the sketch and lineart stages, so please don’t be afraid to let me know of any issues there are within those stages!
The full image will be emailed to you after I have completed it and all changes and final details have been approved by you, the commissioner!
You are not allowed to remove my watermark!

Refunds/Disputes
Refunds will not be made unless the commission wasn't completed in a timely manner (less than 6 months depending) or I decide the commission was out of my artistic capabilities.
I as the artist also have the right to refuse any commission for any reason (This can include harassment or inappropriate behavior of any kind!)
Large changes and changes after 3 minimal changes will require an extra fee!

Completion Time
My average completion time for commissions can be anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the size of the commission, health, work, and unforeseen complications.
If the commission has taken more than 6 months to complete (without any work in progress) you are eligible for a refund.
If you have been shown work in progress on your commission, you may be eligible for an upgrade (Example: Bust to Halfbody) first, before a partial or full refund is considered. This is due to the fact that a portion of your commission has been completed!

Copyright/Usage Policy
I AM allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote, Publish, Post, Advertise
- To any site or any vendorship opportunity I deem necessary!I AM NOT however, allowed to:
- Claim the character/story as my own!
- Use your original character for my own profit!The commissioner IS allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Unwatermarked images can be requested by the commissioner only!
- Make personal merchandise (Not to be sold for profit, but for personal use only!) Grey areas may be discussed!The commissioner is NOT allowed to:
- Reproduce the artwork for profit without consent!
- Take my watermark off for any reason without my consent!
- Only with commercial rights are you allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork!
- Credit is still required for usage of the original artwork, even if altered or edited!

Discounts on Commissions (6/22/2019)-
Discounts will only be applied if:
- You’re a returning customer.
- Its stated in a post of mine (Aka Its experimental)If you are a returning customer, you must have filled out my commission feedback form at least 3 times and be a repeat commissioner of at least 5 times to be considered for discounts as follows:
5: 10% Off
10+: 20% Off
25+: 30% Off
(Must Notify me of Discount and Get Approved for It Before Payment is Made!)Written Character Commissions (6/22/2019)-
I will only accept written commissions if the following is included:
- A full description of the character including personality, pose, expressions, body type, small minor details,
- Real life photos for reference and accuracy of the commission are provided.
- You understand that I may cancel the commission with a full refund at any point if I believe I can’t accurately complete the commission for you.References Policy (6/22/2019)-
The reference image must show everything you want in the piece you are commissioning (Ex: If you are commissioning a bust you must have at least a bust reference or a detailed description of what you would like done! See written character commissions for more details!) and it must be clear, if you need to email the reference, please just ask!
- I have the right to refund or refuse a commission if the reference is not to my liking as far as clear details go.
- I am not responsible for any unclear reference sheet mistakes unless you notified me of them.
- If your reference is hard to read and is in a partial written description then you may be subject to an additional fee or complete cancellation with a refund!Timestamp Updates:
